Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order please advise us via the website chat with photographs of the problem so that we can discuss options with you. Once we have assessed the problem and verified your claim, we will promptly arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with law. Please allow 1 week for your replacement to be dispatched. 

Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. Our items are made to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

If you live outside of Australia, please check if a customs clearance fee needs to be paid. This fee has nothing to do with us, so please do not contact us for a refund if you do not wish to pay this fee.
