Returns and Refunds
If there is a problem with your order please advise us via email at info@stampitbymissm.com or direct messenger within 7 days of receiving the items, including photographs of the problem so that we can discuss options with you. Once we have assessed the problem and verified your claim, we will promptly arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with law. Please allow 1 week for your replacement to be dispatched.
All stamps come with a lifetime warranty. If there is a problem with your stamp that can not be repaired / refilled, we will organise a replacement for you.
