All of our parcels are sent through Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once we have sent off your parcel. Please note, once the parcel has left us, it is in the hands of Australia Post. If a parcel gets lost or is missing during transportation, this needs to be taken up with Australia Post and is no longer our responsibility.
If you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, they may ask you to contact us. Please contact us in this case so we can lodge an enquiry in our end. If the parcel is declared as missing, Australia Post will compensate us for the missing order, and we will replace it for you or send you a full refund.
